摘要
目的:探讨虎杖免煎颗粒联合氟康唑对白色念珠菌感染小鼠免疫功能的影响及疗效。方法:建立小鼠深部白色念珠菌感染的动物模型40只,按照给予虎杖免煎颗粒联合氟康唑、单独氟康唑、单独虎杖免煎颗粒进行分组,每组10只,并与空白对照组(10只)对比,观察治疗前后白介素-2(IL-2)水平的变化。并选择6株白色念珠菌,测定虎杖免煎颗粒联合氟康唑的抗真菌作用。结果:经过虎杖免煎颗粒联合氟康唑灌胃的小鼠,在治疗后3d、7d,IL-2水平较治疗前得到显著升高,结果高于单独使用虎杖免煎颗粒、氟康唑的小鼠(P<0.05)。结论:虎杖免煎颗粒联合氟康唑具有有效的抗白色念珠菌感染作用,可提高小鼠免疫力。
Objective: To investigate the effect and curative effect of polygonum cuspidatum granules Combined with fluconazole on the immune function of mice infected with Candida albicans. Methods: 40 animal models of deep Candida albicans infection in mice were established. According to the given polygonum cuspidatum granules combined with fluconazole,fluconazole,polygonum cuspidatum granules,they were divided to different groups,10 rats in each group,and control group(10 rats) comparison,observed the change of interleukin -2 (IL-2) level before and after treatment. And 6 strains of Candida wasselected and detected antifungal activity determination of polygonum cuspidatum granules combined with fluconazole. Results:After polygonum cuspidatum granules combined with fluconazole in mice after 3 and 7 days treatment,IL-2 levels had increased than before treatment,it was higher than the single use of Polygonum cuspidatum granules or fluconazole in mice (P<0.05).Conclusion: Polygonum cuspidatum granules combined with fluconazoleis effective against Candida albicans infection,and can improve the immunity of mice.
