摘要 目的观察沙棘果提取物对泌尿生殖道易感菌体外抑菌效果。方法运用试管二倍稀释法联合琼脂平板法测定提取物对9种常见泌尿生殖道易感菌的最小抑菌浓度(MIC)。结果沙棘果提取物对泌尿生殖道常见条件致病菌有不同程度的抑菌作用。其中,对白色念珠菌和其他念珠菌抑菌作用较强,其MIC为0.125mg/ml;对金黄色葡萄球菌、表皮葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、变形杆菌,MIC均为0.25mg/ml。结论沙棘果提取物对泌尿生殖道常见条件致病菌有抑菌作用。 Objective To be observed the sea - buckthorn fruit extraction to uropoiesis genital tract easy feeling mycelium out- side bacteriostasis effect. Method using test tube two time of dilution method union agar - agar flat band method determination extraction to 9 kind of common uropoiesis genital tract Yi Ganjun smallest bacleriostasis density (MIC). Finally the sea- buckthorn fruit extraction has the varying degree bacteriostasis function to the uropoiesis genital tract common condition pathogenic bacteria. And, is relatively strong to the white rosary fungus and other rosary fungus bacteriostasis effect, its MIC is 0. 125mg/ml; To the golden yellow staphylococcus, the epidermis staphylococcus, the backwoods coli, the bacillus proteus display , its smallest bacteriostasis density (MIC) is 0. 25mg/ml. The conclusion sea - buckthorn fruit extraction to the uropoiesis genital tract common condition pathogenic bacteria has bacteriostasis function.
