摘要
目的：剖析甲硝唑栓结合雌激素软膏倍美力用于老年性阴道炎中的疗效。方法：以2014年6月～2016年7月笔者所在科室纳入的78例老年性阴道炎病例为研究对象，按照数字抽签原理，将所选病例分成试验与对照两组，每组39例。试验组联用甲硝唑栓与结合雌激素软膏倍美力，对照组单用甲硝唑栓。观察两组血清PSH与E2变化情况，比较疗效总有效率。结果：试验组用药后的PSH水平为（149.86±50.23）nmol/L、E2水平为（33.27±15.06）nmol/L，对照组分别为（106.94±31.25）nmol/L、（46.51±13.19）nmol/L，进行比较差异明显（P＜0.05）。结论：于老年性阴道炎中合理联用甲硝唑栓与结合雌激素软膏倍美力，可促进患者病情恢复，提高临床疗效。
Objective: To analyze the efficacy of metronidazole suppositories and conjugated estrogens cream in the treatment of senile vaginitis.Methods:78 cases of senile vaginitis were enrolled in our department from June 2014 to July 2016.According to the principle of digital drawing,the selected cases were divided into two groups,39 cases in each group.Test group with metronidazole suppositories and conjugated estrogens cream,the control group alone with metronidazole suppositories.The changes of serum PSH and E2 in the two groups were observed,and the total effective rate of the treatment was compared.Results:After treatment in the experimental group the PSH level (149.86±50.23) nmol/L,E2 level (33.27±15.06) nmol/L,thecontrol group were (106.94±31.25),nmol/L (46.51±13.19) nmol/L,were significantly different (P<0.05).Conclusion:The reasonable combination of metronidazole suppositories and conjugated estrogens cream in senile vaginitis can promote the recovery of patients' condition and improve the clinical efficacy.
