摘要
目的：探讨封闭负压引流﹙VSD﹚装置结合灌洗技术治疗四肢骨折术后切口感染的临床效果。方法：自2006年6月～2015年6月，我院采用自封闭负压引流﹙VSD﹚装置结合灌洗技术治疗四肢骨折内固定术后深部组织感染16例。结果：16例均获得10～24个月（平均13个月）的随访，15例感染控制，伤口愈合，无1例复发；伤口的愈合平均时间为5周，骨折平均愈合时间约8个月。结论：封闭负压引流装置结合灌洗技术简单易行、其治疗四肢骨折内固定术后深部组织感染的疗效肯定。
Objective: To investigate the VSD combined with the focus irrigation to treat the wound infection after limb fracture surgery. Methods: Sixteen cases of wound infection were treated by the VSD combined with the focus irrigation from June 2006 to June 2015 in our institution. Results: The average thirteen months (range: 10 to 24 months) of follow-up were performed. Fifteen cases were controlled and the wound were healed. No case recurred. The average duration of wound heal was eight months and the average duration of fracture heal was eight months. Conclusion: The technology of VSD combined with the focus irrigation was easy and effective,which can treat the wound infection after limb fracture surgery.
