摘要
网络空间治理是一个新的重大理论问题,是一个新的全球性重大实践问题,是一个攸关人类社会发展进步和世界各国前途命运的新的时代问题。习近平站在人类整体利益和共同命运的高度,坚持辩证唯物主义世界观和方法论,审视网络空间运动及其治理规律,形成一系列新理念新思想新战略,首次比较系统地、具体地、科学地回答了网络空间治理的一系列基本问题。习近平的网络空间治理新理念新思想新战略,实践的指导性强,时代的指引性强,是马克思主义同当代中国实际和时代特征相结合的产物,是马克思主义关于网络空间治理的世界观和方法论的集中体现。
Cyber space governing is a new big theoretical problem.It is also a global significantpractical problem and a problem in new time which is relevant to the development and improvementof human society.Standing at a height of concerning overall interests and common heritage ofhuman being,Xi Jinping persists in dialectical materialism world outlook and methodology,surveying the movement and management rules of cyber space,forming a series of new theory,new ideas and new strategy,answering a series of basic questions about governing cyber spacesystematically,specifically and scientifically for the first time.Xi's new theory,new ideas and newstrategy of cyber space governance have a strong instructional to practice,a powerful guidance tothe age.It is a combining product of Marxism and the reality of China and the characteristics of thetimes.It's the concentrated reflection of Marxist world outlook and methodology about cyber spacegovernance.
