摘要
美国健康教育萌芽于19世纪中叶,历经一百多年的发展,形成了完善的综合健康教育课程体系。此类课程的开展对美国青少年的健康发展起到了非常重要的作用,其宗旨是促进学生掌握健康知识与技能,培养健康的行为与习惯,形成健康的态度,提高学生素养。课程内容涉及生理、心理、情感和社会交往等领域。美国注重配备专业的健康教育教师和使用多样化的教学方法来促进学生的深度参与,使课程的实施取得了显著的效果。我国应借鉴美国的成功经验:注重健康教育的理论研究,加强专业化教师队伍的建设,强调健康教育对中学生能力的培养,运用灵活多样的教学方法,加强家庭、学校和社区之间的合作。
The health education in America originated in the middle of the 19th century. After one hundred years of development, America has formed a sound comprehensive health education curriculum system, which plays a very important role in American teenagers’ health development. The aim of the curriculum is to inspire students to acquire health-related knowledge and skills, cultivate healthy behavior and habits and form healthy attitudes and literacy. The curriculum involves physiology, psychology, emotion,social interaction and other fields. In the process of curriculum implementation, the United States pays attention to employ professional teachers and use diverse teaching methods, which achieves significant effect.We should draw lessons from America: pay attention to the theory study of health education; strengthen the construction of teacher professionalization; cultivate students’ ability; use flexible and various teaching methods and enhance the cooperation among family, school and community.
