摘要
目的:观察金匮肾气丸加减治疗阳虚型癌性发热的临床疗效。方法:选择70例癌性发热(阳虚型)患者,随机分为治疗组35例,予金匮肾气丸加减治疗,对照组35例,予吲哚美辛肠溶片治疗。结果:治疗组总有效率为85.71%,对照组为57.14%,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:金匮肾气丸加减治疗癌性发热(阳虚型)可有效降低患者体温,缓解发热症状,且无明显不良反应。
Objective: To observe efficacy of Jin'gui Shenqi Wan on cancerous fever of the Yangxu type. Methods: 70 cases wererandomly divided into the treatment group and control group, 35 cases in each. The treatment group was treated with Jin'gui Shenqi Wan;the control group was given indometacin enteric-coated tablets. Results: The total efficiency was 85.71% in the treatment group, andbetter than 57.14% in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Jin'gui Shenqi Wan can effectively drop the temperature, relieve the feversymptoms, and show no obvious adverse reactions.
