摘要
随着大数据、工业4.0、两化融合等概念的兴起,BOM数据越来越被管理者重视,整车制造业是一项纷繁复杂的系统工程,BOM数据贯穿整个产品生命周期的始终,项目的不同阶段BOM的形态不同、使用部门也不同,对BOM的要求也不同,产品研发成功至交付给客户(下游部门)的某一点BOM准确率是100%,但在长期生产过程中,BOM的作用与BOM的初衷越来越远,不加以控制会像抛物线一样,慢慢脱离我们的预定轨道;本文主要阐述观点为:BOM是企业各项业务运行的数据基础,BOM准确率需要整个公司所有员工进行保证,发现问题、分析问题、解决问题,其中发现问题是前提,分析问题是关键,解决问题是目的。要通过问题透明来加快分析问题研究问题的进程,最终实现解决问题的目的,促进公司研发、采购、生产经营管理各项任务的顺利完成与各项管理成本的降低。
With the rise of Big Data, Industry 4.0, the integration of integration of information technology andindustrialization, BOM data have been paid more and more attention by managers. Vehicle manufacturing is a complicatedsystematic project. BOM data penetrate the entire product life cycle. In different stages of the project, BOM has different formsand be used in different departments and fulfilled different requirements. BOM accuracy rate is 100% at some point fromproduct development to delivery to the customer (downstream sector), but in the long-term production process, the effect ofthe BOM is farther and farther from initial mind. If we cannot control this problem, BOM would be out of our orbit slowly like aparabola.This article focuses on the view: BOM is the basis of the business operation. The accuracy of BOM need to be ensuredall employees in the entire company with the method of identifying , analyzing and solving problems. Identifying problemsis premise, analyzing problems is the key and solving problem is the goal. Opening the problem can speed up the process ofanalyzing and researching problems, ultimately the purpose of solving problems and promoting research and development,procurement, operations and reducing the cost of the operation and management tasks will be achieved successfully.
