摘要
汽车制造企业广泛采用大规模定制的模块化策略,提出了一种全新的多层可配置的扁平化BOM技术,在设计层面,能大大减少工程发布的数据量并简化工程变更难度;在工艺层面,能简化零部件的工艺路线编制;在制造层面,能自动翻译成传统的BOM结构树,支持传统的MRP及ERP运算。实施该策略后,能明显提升企业在大批量制造和订单驱动的柔性制造能力,降低生产管理成本并缩短交货周期。
Modularization strategy of mass customization is widely adopted by automobile en- terprises. A brand-new multi-level flattening and configurable BOM technology is put forward. In the design level, data quantity of engineering release can be greatly decreased and difficulty of engineering change can be simplified ; in the process level, process routine of components can be simplified ; in the manufacturing level, traditional BOM structure tree can be automatically translated to support tradition- al MRP and ERP calculation. After strategy implementation, flexible manufacture ability in big-batch manufacture and order- driven flexibility is upgraded, manufacture management cost is decreased and delivery period is shortened.
