The Improvement of In-Line Compressive Holographic Reconstruction Quality Based on the Method of Focusing

摘要 为了满足重建质量的要求提出了一种基于调焦法的同轴压缩全息层析重建方法,通过该方法进一步提高同轴压缩全息层析重建技术的重建质量。首先介绍了基于调焦法的同轴压缩全息层析重建方法的原理以及实施步骤;其次通过实验验证了该方法的可行性。由测试实验表明:采用基于调焦法的同轴压缩全息层析重建法可进一步提高压缩全息的重建质量;对于80μm的特征信息的物体,采用该方法实现了重建结果归一化强度值提高60%。 It proposed a method of in-line compressive holographic tomographic reconstruction based on the focusing, in order tomeeting the requirements of reconstruction quality. This method can further improve the quality of in-line compressive holographictomographic reconstruction. Firstly, the principle and the implementation steps of in-line compressive holographic tomographic reconstructionbased on focusing was introduced. Secondly, the feasibility of the method was verified by testing experiment. The experimentalresults showed that the method of in-line compressive holographic tomographic reconstruction based on focusing can availably improvedthe reconstruction quality. And for the object of characteristic information with 80 m, the method was adopted to realize the increasingof the reconstruction results normalized intensity value with 60%.
