摘要
针对大型火箭垂直总装过程中助推级与芯级位置度、垂直度的测量问题,研究了一种基于激光分层扫描原理的测量方法。介绍了该方法的测量原理、数学模型和数据处理方法,通过理论分析和现场测试证明,其垂直度测量误差小于0.2°,位置度测量误差小于2 mm。该方法具有测量精度高、自动化程度高、易实现现场测量等特点,能够有效解决型号总装现场的测试问题。
In order to measure the position of the booster stage and center stage in rocket vertical assemble process, a method based on laser scan technology is introduced. Measurement principle, mathematical model and the data processing of the method are introduced. The error analysis and field test show that the verticality measuring error is less than 0.2°, position measuring error is less than 2mm.The method has the characteristics of high measuring precision and high automation degree. The method can effectively solve the problem of the measurement in the assembly work.
