摘要
针对关键壳体产品孔组轴线位置度难以控制且检验效率低的问题,在标准功能量规的基础上,按照关键壳体结构形式特点及检测要求,实现了一种新结构的孔组位置度量规的分析设计。通过合理分配量规尺寸公差,开展检验部位、定位部位、导向部位的尺寸公差设计和尺寸链计算,获得满足检测精度和效率要求的位置度检验量规结构,便捷有效地实现孔组位置度公差的检验,已应用于批量关键壳体位置度检验。该设计思路及方法具有通用性和普遍适应性,可用于指导其他类似孔组位置度检验量规的设计分析。
For the problem of technical difficulty and poor efficiency in key shell structure hole group position degree tolerance control, a number of pertinent studies have been done based on standard function gauge. In view of the product characteristics and detection requirements of the key shell structure, the analysis and design of a new structure of the hole group position gauge is realized. Through the rational allocation of gauge dimension tolerance, and reasonable design of the reference size and dimension chain relationship of inspection part, position part and oriented part, the position degree tolerance test gauge structure is obtained to meet the requirements of the detection precision and efficiency. Convenient and effective inspection of position tolerance of hole group have been realized. It has been applied to the test of the position degree tolerance of key shell of the batch products. The idea and method of the design have general and universal adaptability, and it can be used to guide the design and analysis of other similar hole group position test gauge.
