摘要
目的：探讨剖宫产患者应用腰-硬联合麻醉不同穿刺间隙的麻醉效果。方法：收治产妇60例，按照麻醉穿刺间隙的不同分为研究组和对照组各30例，研究组穿刺点为L1～2，对照组穿刺点为L3～4。结果：研究组有效率显著高于对照组，研究组不良反应发生率显著少于对照组，且研究组运动阻滞起效时间、感觉阻滞起效时间、I-D时间与感觉恢复时间等均少于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论：剖宫产产妇腰-硬联合麻醉下穿刺点L1～2的麻醉效果良好。
Objective:To investigate the effect of combined spinal epidural anesthesia in patients with cesarean section.Methods:60 maternal were selected.They were divided into the study group and the control group according to the different anesthesiapuncture gap,with 30 cases in each group.The study group puncture point was L1～2,and the control group puncture point was L3～4.Results:The effective rate of the study group was significantly higher than the control group;the incidence of adverse reactions wassignificantly less than the control group;the onset time,motor block onset time of sensory block,I-D sense of time and recoverytime also were less than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The anesthetic puncture point at L1～2 has good anesthetic effect inthe combined spinal epidural anesthesia for cesarean section.
