摘要
目的:探究幽门螺杆菌(Hp)阳性的消化性溃疡的中医治疗效果。方法:收治Hp阳性的消化性溃疡患者60例,随机平分为两组,对照组予以西药进行治疗,研究组予以中药进行治疗,观察两组临床效果与不良反应。结果:研究组溃疡愈合及Hp根除时间均显著短于对照组(P<0.05),研究组EGF含量与对照组相比显著较高(P<0.05),研究组不良反应总发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:Hp阳性消化性溃疡采用中医辨证治疗能够有效缩短溃疡愈合时间,提高治疗有效率,且不良反应率低。
Objective:To explore the effect of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of Helicobacter pylori(Hp)positivepeptic ulcer.Methods:60 patients with Hp positive peptic ulcer were selected.They were randomly divided into the two groups onaverage.The control group was treated with Western medicine.The study group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine.Theclinical effects and adverse reactions of the two groups were observed.Results:The time of ulcer healing and Hp eradication in thestudy group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05);the content of EGF in the study group wassignificantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was significantlylower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of Helicobacter pyloripositive peptic ulcer can effectively shorten the healing time,improve the efficiency of treatment,and the adverse reaction rate islow.
