提高听课有效性促进青年教师专业成长

Improving the Class Attending Effectiveness and Promoting the Professional Development of Young Teachers

摘要 听课是学校教研活动的基本形式之一,是教师研究课堂教学、提高业务能力的重要途径。有效听课能够帮助青年教师快速积累教学经验,促进自身专业成长。本文分析了青年教师听课的无效、低效现象,对青年教师如何进行有效听课进行了方法探索,并提出有效听课取决于态度、立足于观察、获得于思考、完善于交流、提升于评课等建议。 Attending class is one of the basic forms of teaching research, and it is also a way for the teachers to research classroom teaching and improve professional abilities. Attending class effectively can help young teachers to accumulate teaching experience rapidly and promote their professional development. The author analyzes the young teachers' ineffectiveness of class attending,explores the ways for young teachers to attend class effectively, and puts forward the following suggestions: attending class effectively depends on the attitude; it is based on the observation, obtained from thinking, improved in communication and enhanced in class assessment.
