摘要
目的建立鱼腥草中槲皮苷含量的测定方法，比较不同产地鱼腥草中槲皮苷含量差异。方法采用高效液相色谱法，固定相为十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶，流动相为乙腈-0.5%冰醋酸（19∶81），检测波长为256nm，流速为1.0mL/min。结果槲皮苷在0.06456～3.228μg范围内呈良好的线性关系，平均回收率为97.68%，RSD＝1.3%（n＝6）；所测定的不同产地样品中，四川产鱼腥草的槲皮苷含量最高。结论本研究建立的方法快速简便，稳定可靠，专属性强。不同产地鱼腥草中槲皮苷含量差异较大。
Objective To establish a method to determine the content of quercitrin in Houttuyniae Herba; To compare the differences in the content of quercitrin in Houttuyniae Herba from different producing areas.Methods HPLC was used with octadecylsilane-bonded silica gel as the stationary phase and a mixture of acetonitrile and 0.5% HAc (19:81) as the mobile phase. The detection wavelength was 256nm.vThe flow rate was 1.0 mL/min.Results It was shown that quercitrinwas in a good linear relationship in the range of 0.064 56–3.228 μg. The average recovery of quercitrin was 97.68%, RSD=1.3% (n=6). Houttuyniae Herba from Sichuan Province contains the highest content of quercitrin. Conclusion This method is simple and rapid, with stability, reliability and strong specificity. The contents of quercitrin in Houttuyniae Herba from different producing areas were quite different.
