摘要
目的:同时测定鲜鱼腥草不同药用部位8个活性成分的含量。方法:Alltima C18柱(7.5mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相:0.2%的冰乙酸溶液(A),乙腈(B),梯度洗脱:0~20min,5%~20%B;20~40min,20%~20.5%B;40~50min,20.5%~35%B;50~90min,35%~90%B;流速:0.6mL/min;检测波长:280nm。结果:表明不同药用部位含量不同。结论:该法简便、准确、分离效果好,适用于鱼腥草的质量控制。
Aim:To determine the amounts of the eight bioactive components in the different parts of fresh Houttuynia cordata by HPLC. Methods: Chromatographic separation of the eight bioactive components was carried out on a Alltima C18 column. The mobile phase consisted of (A) 0.2% acetic acid and (B) acetonitrile using a gradient elution program which was set to 20% (B) in 0-20 min, 20% -20.5% (B) in 20-40 min, 20.5%-35% (B) in 40-50 min, and 35%-90% (B) in 50- 90 min. The flow rate was 0.6 mL/min and the UV detection wavelength was 280 nm. Results: The amounts of the eight bioactive components in the different parts of H. cordata were found to be varied. Conclusion: The. developed method is simple, accurate, selective, and reliable for the quality control of H. cordata.
