摘要
人才培养是衡量学校教育质量的重要标志,是学校综合实力的重要体现。随着近几年MOOC在国内外的快速发展,对大学教学模式带来了巨大的冲击。近几年逐渐兴起的"MOOC+翻转课堂"教学模式,使人才培养从以教为中心的知识传授型教学向以学为中心的研究型教学转变成为了可能。
Talent training is a significant symbol to measure the quality of school education,is the important embodimentof school comprehensive strength.With the rapid development of MOOC in recent years at home and abroad,theuniversity teaching model has brought the huge impact. Emerging in recent years, the"MOOC + roll class" teachingmode,make the talent training from centered on teaching knowledge type teaching to teaching as the center of researchto become possible.
