摘要
目的：探讨耳后注射甲泼尼龙琥珀酸钠对重度聋型突发性聋疗效的影响。方法：收治重度聋型突发性聋患者41例，随机分为研究组与对照组，研究组采用耳后注射甲泼尼龙琥珀酸钠治疗，对照组采用静脉注射甲泼尼龙琥珀酸钠治疗，比较两组治疗效果。结果：在研究组，总有效率、125～250Hz与125～500Hz频段提升幅度均明显优于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论：耳后注射甲泼尼龙琥珀酸钠对重度聋型突发性聋患者的快速康复能够产生积极的影响，提升治疗总有效率，改善患者听力。
Objective:To explore the effect of opisthotic injection of methylprednisolone sodium succinate on patients with sudden deafness in severe deafness.Methods:41 patients with sudden deafness in severe deafness were selected.They were randomly divided into the study group and the control group.The study group was treated by opisthotic injection of methylprednisolone sodium succinate.The control group was treated by intravenous injection of methylprednisolone sodium succinate.We compared the therapeutic effect of two groups.Results:In the study group,the total effective rate and the lifting range of 125～250 Hz and 125～500 Hz were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of opisthotic injection of methylprednisolone sodium succinate on patients with sudden deafness in severe deafness had positive impact on rapid rehabilitation.It can improve the total effective rate and improve the patient's hearing.
