摘要
目的:观察、分析功能性鼻内窥镜手术治疗慢性鼻窦炎的临床疗效及其对生活质量的影响。方法:收治慢性鼻窦炎患者62例,均采用功能性鼻内窥镜手术治疗,观察手术治疗效果,并分析对其生活质量的影响。结果:本组患者均顺利完成手术,总有效率95.16%;治疗后患者SF-36(健康调查简表)评分、SNOT-20(鼻-鼻窦炎疾病特异性生活质量量表)评分中20个条目得分以及最重要的5个条目的评分均显著低于治疗前,治疗后患者组间数据差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:功能性鼻内窥镜手术治疗慢性鼻窦炎临床疗效确切,可有效提高患者生活质量,安全、有效。
Objective:To observe and analyze the clinical effect of functional endoscopic sinus surgery in the treatment of chronicsinusitis and its influence on the quality of life.Methods:62 patients with chronic sinusitis were selected.They were all treated byfunctional endoscopic sinus surgery.We observed the effect of surgical treatment and analyzed the influence on the quality of life.Results:The patients were all successfully completed the operation.The total effective rate was 95.16% .After the treatment,theSF-36 (Health Survey short form)score,SNOT-20(nasal sinusitis disease specific quality of life scale)score of 20 items and themost important 5 scores were significantly lower than before treatment,after treatment,and the differences of data between the twogroups had statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of functional endoscopic sinus surgery in the treatmentof chronic sinusitis is exact,which can effectively improve the quality of life of patients,and is safe and effective.
