摘要
目的：研究分析嗜酸细胞性胃肠炎的临床诊治。方法：在本院2013年9月～2015年9月接收的嗜酸细胞性胃肠炎患者中选择24例作为研究对象，收集整理病人临床资料，分析其临床诊断及治疗情况。结果：18例为黏膜型，2例为浆膜型，4例为肌层型；外周血与骨髓中嗜酸细胞计数上升。内镜检查表现无特异性，大部分是黏膜片状糜烂、散在出血点或者血斑、浅溃疡；经活检可见嗜酸细胞浸润。采取激素治疗可有效改善症状。结论：嗜酸细胞性胃肠炎临床以及内镜表现特异性不明显，临床诊断中外周血嗜酸细胞增多为关键，在诊断后实施激素治疗可获得较好效果。
Objective: Clinical study on the diagnosis and treatment of eosinophilic gastroenteritis.Methods:Receivingthe college in September 2013 and 2015 September eosinophils eosinophilic gastroenteritis patients ear choose 24 cases asthe research object,collect the clinical data of patients with and analysis the clinical diagnosis and treatment.Results:Afteranalysis,there were 18 cases of mucosal type,2 cases of serous type,4 cases of muscular layer type,peripheral blood and bonemarrow,and the number of eosinophils in the bone marrow was increased.Endoscopic examination showed no specific,mostof the mucosal sheet erosion,shed blood spots or congestive spots,ulcer; biopsy showed infiltration of eosinophils by.Takinghormone therapy can effectively improve the symptoms.Conclusion:Eosinophil eosinophil gastroenteritis clinical and endoscopicmanifestations of specificity is not obvious,the clinical diagnosis of peripheral blood eosinophils eosinophil increase as the key,atdiagnosis and after implementation of hormone therapy can get good effect.
