摘要
采用层次分析法与模糊综合评价法,构建了城市历史街区产业价值评估指标体系,给出城市历史街区产业价值评估方法,为历史街区产业决策咨询和产业选择提供依据。
The paper adopts the hierarchical analysis method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,builds up the evaluation indicator system of the industrial values of historical blocks in cities,and provides the evaluation methods for the industrial values of the blocks,so as to provide some reference for the decision-making consultation and industrial selection in historical blocks.
