摘要
休闲体育专业人才的培养需要教育与实践结合,专业与职业结合。在当今社会分工愈发精细的情况下,简单的生活技能无法适应社会的飞速发展,培养复合型人才必须以职业作为专业人才培养的根本导向。该文以职业能力为指导思想,从职业化培养的角度定位培养方案,确定理论与实践紧密结合的"二阶段+三平台+六模块"课程培养体系,创设职场环境教学,促进对休闲体育人才的培养。
The cultivation of leisure sports professionals requires the combination of education and practice, the combination of professional and professional. The professional ability as the guiding ideology, from the professional training of angle location training program, determine the close combination of theory and practice of "six second stage + platform + module" curriculum system, creation of teaching of the workplace environment, promote the cultivation of compound talents.
