摘要
目的:探讨中西医结合治疗脑卒中急性期昏迷患者的临床效果。方法:选取2013年4月-2015年5月我院收治的脑卒中急性期昏迷患者共84例作为研究对象,使用随机数字表法将其分为观察组以及对照组,各42例。其中对照组患者均给予单纯西医治疗,观察组患者在对照组患者治疗基础上给予中西医治疗,观察两组患者治疗效果。结果:观察组患者治疗总有效率为92.9%,对照组患者治疗总有效率为81.0%,观察组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,两者对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗脑卒中急性期昏迷患者有着良好的临床效果,能够促进患者意识快速恢复,值得临床推广。
Objective: To explore efficacy of the integrative medicine on coma in acute stroke. Methods: 84 cases were divided intoobservation group and control group, 42 cases in each group. The control group was given western medicine; the observation group wastreated in the integrative medicine more. Results: The efficiency was 92.9% in the observation group, and significantly higher than 81.0%in the control group, with a significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion: The integrative medicine shows a good clinical effect on coma inacute stroke, can rapidly promote recovery of awareness, and is worthy of promotion.
