摘要
目的探究卒中单元护理模式对脑卒中后吞咽功能障碍患者康复的临床效果。方法选择80例急性脑卒中患者分为2组,观察组采用卒中单元护理模式,对照组采用常规优质护理,对比2组患者出院前的治疗效果和护理满意度情况。结果对照组患者治疗有效率为50.0%,观察组为90.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组患者护理满意度为70.0%,观察组为92.5%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于脑卒中后吞咽功能障碍者,以常规治疗为基础,采用卒中单元护理模式,可在一定程度上提升治疗效果,促进疾病转归,值得在临床推广使用。
Objective To explore effect observation of stroke unit care model on rehabilitation of swallowing dysfunction patients after stroke. Methods A total of 80 acute cerebral apoplexy patients in our hospital were selected as the research objects, and were divided into two groups, control group was given routine quality care and observation group applied stroke unit care model on the basis of routine treatment, treatment effect and nursing satisfaction were compared. Results The treatment effective rate was 50.0% in the control group, and observation group was 90.0%, there was significant differences between groups（P〈0.05）; Nursing satisfaction was 70.0% in the control group, and was 92.5% in the observation group, and there was significant differences between two groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Stroke unit care mode on the basis of conventional treatment for swallowing disorder patients after stroke can improve the treatment effect, and promote disease outcomes, so it is worthy of further popularization in clinic.
