综合康复训练护理对脑卒中伴吞咽功能障碍的效果观察 被引量：18

摘要 目的探讨脑卒中伴吞咽功能障碍患者的综合康复训练护理效果。方法对脑卒中伴吞咽功能障碍的113例患者进行针对性护理干预,包括基础训练、摄食训练、心理护理等综合康复训练护理措施。结果经积极有效的综合康复训练护理干预,患者吞咽功能障碍程度有明显改善,与护理干预前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论综合康复训练护理能有效改善脑卒中伴吞咽功能障碍患者的吞咽功能、提高生存质量。
