摘要
目的:探讨泄浊清瘀汤治疗急性痛风性关节炎临床效果。方法:研究对象选取我院门诊2011年3月—2015年12月收治急性痛风性关节炎患者共60例,以随机抽签法分为对照组(30例)和观察组(30例),分别给予单纯西药治疗和在此基础上加用泄浊清瘀汤辅助治疗;比较两组患者临床疗效、疼痛和红肿症状缓解时间及治疗前后CRP水平等。结果:观察组患者临床疗效显著优于对照组,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05);观察组患者疼痛和红肿缓解时间均显著低于对照组,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗后CRP水平显著低于对照组、治疗前,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:泄浊清瘀汤治疗急性痛风性关节炎可有效缓解疼痛症状,加快病情康复进程,并有助于降低机体炎症反应水平。
Objective: To investigate the clinical effects of Xiezhuo Qingyu decoction in the treatment of acute gout arthritis.Methods:60 Patients with acute gout arthritis,admitted to and treated in our hospital from March 2011 to December 2015, were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, with 30 cases in each group, the control group received only western medicine while the observation group received Xiezhuo Qingyu decoction on the basis of the treatment of the the control group; The clinical efficacy,the relief time of pain, red and swollen symptom and the level of CRP before and after treatment of both groups were compared. Results:The clinical efficacy of observation group was significantly better than that of the control group, the difference was of statistical significance (P<0.05). The relief time of pain, red and swollen symptom of the observation group was significantly shorter than that of the control group, the difference was of statistical significance (P<0.05). The level of CRP after treatment of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group, the difference was of statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion: Xiezhuo Qingyu decoction could efficiently relieve the pain symptoms in the treatment of acute gout arthritis, accelarate the rehabilitation process and help to reduce the level of body inflammation.
