摘要
目的:探讨血府逐瘀汤合生脉饮加减治疗不稳定型心绞痛的临床疗效。方法:选取100例我院2010年6月—2013年9月收治的不稳定型心绞痛患者,按入院号顺序随机分为观察组和对照组各50例,对照组给予常规西药进行治疗,观察组给予血府逐瘀汤合生脉饮加减联合西药进行治疗。结果:两组患者治疗后,观察组总有效率为94%,优于对照组的72%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率为2%,明显小于对照组的不良反应发生率(10%),两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:血府逐瘀汤合生脉饮加减对于治疗不稳定型心绞痛有明显效果,不良反应发生率低,值得临床应用及推广。
Objective: To discuss clinical efficacy of of Xuefu Zhuyu decoction plus Shengmai decoction in treating unstable angina pectoris. Methods:100 patients with unstable angina pectoris, treated in our hospital from June 2010 to September 2013 were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, with 50 cases in each group. The observation group was treated with Xuefu Zhuyu decoction plus Shengmai decoction combined with western routine treatment.The control group was treated with western routine treatment. Results: After treatment, the total effective rate of the observation group was 94%, which was better than that of the control group, 72%, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions of the observation group was 2%,which was significantly lower than that of the control group, 10%, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction plus Shengmai Decoction had better therapeutic effect on UAP, its incidence of adverse reactions was low and it was worthy of clinical application and promotion.
