摘要
近年来石化行业不断调整升级,很多装置闲置。本文主要对A企业闲置装置拆除作业中存在的风险进行了简要分析,然后介绍了"模块化"管理的内涵,并对模块划分、模块管理程序等相关内容进行了详细的论述,最后阐述了拆除作业中的安全管理,希望可以为同行业人士的研究提供一些参考。
