摘要
曹妃甸11-1/11-2油田旧单点系泊系统的大部分结构已经拆除,为了保障油田安全生产和附近海域海事活动的安全,需要对现场遗留的桩基式基座及内套筒进行拆除。根据检测报告结果,通过对两种吊装方案的对比分析,选择了带吊装法兰的方式进行吊装,并校核了在该吊装工况下基座及内套筒的结构强度,且给出了吊装法兰的加固措施。最后论述了基座及内套筒钢桩内排泥的技术要点和钢桩内切割的技术要点,并给出了若拆除过程中吊装力过大时两种可行的应对预案。该项拆除技术的研究与成功应用,填补了国内旧单点系泊系统拆除技术的一项空白,对今后类似工程项目具有借鉴意义。
Most structures of the old single point mooring system in CFD 11-1/11-20ilfield have been removed. In order to ensure the safety of oilfield production and marine activity in the nearby waters, the remaining pile-base and inner tower should be removed. Based on the inspection report and by comparing two lifting plans, the lifting plan using lifting flange is chosen, the strengths of the pile-base and inner tower are checked to meet the requirement under the lifting condition, and the strengthening measures for lifting flange are brought forward. At last, the technical key points for internal dredging and internal cutting are expounded. Besides, two feasible solutions for exceeded lifting force during removal are listed. The research and successful application of the pile-base and inner tower removal technique fills the domestic technical blank in such field, and has referential significance for similar projects in the future.
