对甲酚法生产香兰素小试工艺改进 被引量:1

摘要 以对甲苯酚为原料,经氧化、溴化、烷氧化反应合成香兰素,所有中间产品及香兰素经核磁共振氢谱1HNMR确定为目标化合物。对烷氧化反应进行了工艺改进,首先以CuO作为催化剂,具有催化效果好,操作简单方便等优点,提高了产品收率。其次以低沸点甲醇作溶剂,只加入催化量的DMF,甲醇作溶剂,价格较低,容易回收利用。在常压回流条件下进行反应,反应条件更加温和,更适合于工业生产。 p-Cresol as raw materials, vanillin was synthesized by oxidation reaction, bromination reaction and alkane oxidation reaction. All intermediate products and vanillin were identified as target compounds by nuclear magnetic resonance hydrogen 1HNMR. The process improvement of the alkane oxidation reaction was carried out. Applied CuO as catalyst, the yield of the product was improved, the catalytic effect was good, the operation was simple and convenient. Next, applied low boiling point of methanol as a solvent, DMF was catalytic amount, so the prices was low and easy to recycle. Under the atmospheric reflux conditions, the reaction conditions were more moderate and suitable for industrial production.
