摘要
面瘫以口、眼向一侧歪斜为主要症状,可发生于任何年龄,威胁患者的身体健康。治疗面瘫的方法以针灸疗法为基础,并辅以中药、推拿、西药等治疗,治疗效果显著,治愈率高。本文将综述面瘫的中医、西医、中西结合疗法及康复护理模式,为医务工作者在临床实践中提供参考。
Peripheral facial paralysis with mouth and eyes to one side of the skew as the main symptoms could occur at any age and threaten the health of patients.The methods treating peripheral facial paralysis were based on acupuncture and moxibustion therapy combined with traditional Chinese medicine,massage,western medicine treatment and the treatment effect was remarkable and the cure rate was high.This paper summarized Chinese medicine,western medicine and Chinese and Western combined therapy and rehabilitation nursing mode for peripheral facial paralysis in order to provide reference for medical workers in clinical practice.
