摘要
目的评价常规针刺配合患者自我推拿治疗周围性面瘫的临床效果。方法将浙江省温岭市中医院2013年8月-2014年8月收治的周围性面瘫患者60例,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组30例。2组患者均采用常规针刺进行治疗,观察组在此基础上增加自我推拿治疗,疗程为4周。比较2组患者的临床疗效、House-Brachmann(H-B)分级量表评分和面神经功能指数。结果观察组患者的总有效率为93.3%,明显高于对照组的80.0%(P<0.05);治疗前,2组患者的H-B分级量表评分及面神经功能指数比较,差异无统计学意义;治疗后,2组患者的H-B分级量表评分下降,面神经功能指数升高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);组间比较,观察组患者的H-B分级量表评分低于对照组,面神经功能指数均高于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用常规针刺配合患者自我推拿治疗周围性面瘫,临床效果显著,可加快面瘫患者痊愈的进程,缩短治愈时间。
Objective To evaluate the efficacy of acupuncture combined with patient＇s self-massage on the treat- ment of peripheral facial paralysis. Methods 60 cases of patients with peripheral facial paralysis received from August 2013 to August 2014 in Wenling Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group, 30 cases in each group. Patients in both groups were treated with routine acupuncture treatment and the observation group added self-massage therapy for 4 weeks on the basis of routine treatment. The clinical efficacy, scores of House-Brachmann （PI-B） rating scale and facial nerve function index in the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.3%, significantly higher than 80.0% of the control group （P〈0.05）; Before their treatment, there were no significant differences in scores of H-B rating scale and facial nerve function index between the two groups; after the treatment, scores of H-B rating scale decreased and facial nerve function index in creased and the difference was statistically significant （P 〈0.05）; scores of H-B rating scale were tower in the observation group than the control grou？, and facial nerve function index was higher in the observatim group than the con- trol group, and the differences were statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Acupuncture combined with self-massage has a significant effect on the treatment of peripheral facial paralysis, and it can accelerate the curing process in patients with facial paralysis and shorten their curing time.
