摘要
目的：分析不同浓度A型肉毒毒素治疗上面部动力性皱纹的疗效。方法：选取于2012年2月～2016年2月上面部动力性皱纹患者，共66例。随机分为两组，A组有33例，注射浓度为50U/ml，B组有33例，注射浓度为25U/ml，随访6个月。比较两组疗效、药物起效及持续时间、不良反应。结果：A组、B组总有效率分别为96.97%、93.94%；与B组比较，A组药物起效时间较短，疗效持续时间较长（P＜0.01）；A组不良反应发生率（36.36%）高于B组（12.12%），差异有统计学意义（Z=-2.28，P=0.023＜0.05）。结论：单部位除皱时，使用高浓度50U/ml可以提升起效时间，延长持续时间；多部位除皱时，使用低浓度25U/ml可以有效减少不良反应的发生。
Objective To analyze the effect of different concentrations of botulinum toxin type A in the treatment of upperdynamic wrinkles. Methods A total of 66 patients with facial dynamic wrinkles were selected from February 2012 to February2016. Randomly divided into two groups, including 33 cases of A group,injection concentration of 50U/ml, B group of 33cases,injection concentration of 25U/ml,were followed up for 6 months. Compare the efficacy of the two groups, drug onset andduration, adverse reactions. Results Group A and group B, the total efficiency of 96.97% and 93.94% respectively; and groupB compared a group of drugs with short onset time, effect of a longer duration (P<0.01); and the incidence of side effects (36.36%)was higher than that in group B (12.12%),the difference was statistically significant (Z=-2.28,P = 0.023<0.05). ConclusionWrinkle to a single site with high concentration of 50U / ml,can enhance the onset time and prolong the duration; the use of lowconcentrations of 25U / ml wrinkle parts, can effectively reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions.
