摘要
目的:探讨用A型肉毒毒素(BTX-A)治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛的疗效。方法:将四川省人民医院接诊的71例带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者作为研究对象。将其随机分为治疗组和对照组。让两组患者均口服加巴喷丁进行治疗。在此基础上,为治疗组患者采用BTX-A局部多点注射疗法进行治疗,为对照组患者采用利多卡因皮下注射疗法进行治疗。然后比较两组患者治疗前后的VAS评分和治疗期间其不良反应的发生情况。结果:在出院时,两组患者的VAS评分均较治疗前明显下降,P<0.05。在出院时、治疗后1个月、3个月、6个月及12个月,治疗组患者的VAS评分均低于对照组患者,P<0.05。在治疗期间,两组患者均未出现注射部位出血、感染、肌肉松弛等不良反应。结论:用BTX-A治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛能够有效地减轻患者的疼痛症状,作用持久,且安全性较高。
objective： to investigate the effect of botulinum toxin type A（btx-a） on postherpetic neuralgia after herpes zoster. Methods： 71 patients with postherpetic neuralgia after herpes zoster treated in sichuan people＇s hospital were studied. It was randomly divided into treatment group and control group. Both groups were treated by oral gabapentin. On this basis, patients in the treatment group were treated with btx-a local multi-point injection therapy, and patients in the control group were treated with lidocaine hypodermic injection therapy. VAS scores before and after treatment and adverse reactions during treatment were compared between the two groups. Results： at the time of discharge, VAS score of both groups significantly decreased compared with that before treatment, P〈 0.05. At the time of discharge, 1 month, 3 months, 6 months and 12 months after treatment, VAS score of patients in the treatment group was lower than that of the control group, P〈 0.05. During the treatment, no adverse reactions including bleeding, infection and muscle relaxation at the injection site were observed in both groups. Conclusion： the treatment with btx-a for postherpetic neuralgia after herpes zoster can effectively reduce the pain symptoms of patients, and the effect is long and the safety is high.
