摘要
目的:分析过敏性紫癜的误诊原因,并提出防范措施。方法:收治误诊儿童过敏性紫癜患者7例,回顾性分析临床资料。结果:本组首发表现主要为发热、腹痛、关节痛、呕血、血尿,误诊为呼吸道感染、风湿性关节炎、急性肾小球肾炎各1例,急性胃炎2例,消化道出血2例。在相应治疗过程中,渐出现典型皮肤紫癜,确诊为过敏性紫癜,予抗组胺药物治疗,均痊愈。结论:过敏性紫癜可在皮肤紫癜之前出现腹痛、关节肿痛、呕血、血尿等症状,易造成误诊,需综合分析,仔细查体,以提高正确诊断率。
Objective:To analyze the causes of misdiagnosis of allergic purpura,and to propose preventive measures.Methods:7cases of misdiagnosed children with allergic purpura were selected.The clinical data were retrospectively analyzed.Results:Themain starting performances were fever,abdominal pain,joint pain,hematemesis,hematuria.The patients were misdiagnosed asrespiratory tract infection,rheumatoid arthritis,acute glomerulonephritis in 1 case respectively,acute gastritis in 2 cases,digestivetract hemorrhage in 2 cases.In the course of treatment,the typical skin purpura appeared gradually,and they were diagnosed withallergic purpura.They were treated with antihistamine treatment,and all patients were cured.Conclusion:Before the skin purpura,abdominal pain,joint pain,hematemesis, hematuria and other symptoms may appear in patients with allergic purpura.These wereeasy to cause misdiagnosis.We need comprehensive analysis and careful investigation,in order to improve the correct diagnosisrate.
