摘要
目的:探讨老年糖尿病患者"医院-社区-家庭"互动治疗模式的效果。方法:收治老年糖尿病患者70例,随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组采用"医院-社区-家庭"互动治疗模式,对照组采用常规管理方式,比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗效果和治疗有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:老年糖尿病患者"医院-社区-家庭"互动治疗模式的效果显著。
Objective:To explore the effect of "Hospital-Community -Family" interactive therapy mode for elderly patients with diabetes.Methods:70 elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were selected.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.The observation group was given "Hospital-Community -Family" interactive therapy mode.The control group was given routine management.We compared the therapeutic effect of two groups.Results:In the observation group,the treatment effect and the effective rate of treatment were significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of "Hospital-Community -Family" interactive therapy mode for elderly patients with diabetes was significant.
