摘要
目的探讨家庭成员互动护理对社区糖尿病老年患者血糖控制及生活质量的影响。方法选取本中心于2013年9月至2014年9月收治的老年糖尿病患者90例为研究对象,将患者随机分为观察组和对照组各45例。对照组接受常规糖尿病护理措施,观察组采用家庭成员互动护理。比较两组患者护理前后的空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖水平以及生活质量情况。结果护理后,两组患者空腹血糖和餐后2 h血糖水平均显著降低,且观察组降低程度明显大于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。观察组患者护理后的生活质量情况明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论家庭成员互动护理能较好地控制老年糖尿病患者的病情,促进其健康恢复并能提高生活质量,值得临床推广使用。
Objective To study the influence of family members interactive nursing on the glycemic control and life quality of elderly patients with diabetes mellitus in community. Methods 90 elderly patients with diabetes mellitus treated in our center from September 2013 to September 2014 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 45 cases in each group. The control group received routine diabetic nursing, the observation group was given family members interactive nursing. Fasting blood-glucose （FBG）, 2 hour postprandial blood glucose （2h PG） and life quality of the two groups were compared. Results After nursing, FBG and 2h PG of the two groups significantly decreased, and the drop degree of the observation group was more obvious than that of the control group, with statistical difference （P〈0.01）. The life quality of the observation group was better than that of the control group, with statistical difference （P〈0.01）. Conclusions Family members interactive nursing can better control the pathogenetic condition of elderly patients with diabetes, and also promote the recovery of health and quality of life, which deserves application in clinic.
