摘要
目的:研究补阳还五汤配合中药泡足对糖尿病周围神经病变的临床疗效。方法:收治糖尿病周围神经病变患者152例,分两组,各76例,对照组给予甲钴胺、维生素口服,试验组在对照组基础上给予补阳还五汤口服配合中药泡足,对比两组的治疗效果。结果:试验组总有效率明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:口服补阳还五汤配合中药泡足可以提高糖尿病周围神经病变的临床疗效。
Objective:To research the effect of Buyang Huanwu decoction combined with traditional Chinese medicine foot bath treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Methods:152 patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy were selected.They were divided into two groups,78 cases in each.The control group was treated by mecobalamin,oral vitamin.The experimental group on the basis of the control group given Buyang Huanwu decoction combined with traditional Chinese medicine foot bath.Therapeutic effect was compared between groups.Results:The total effective rate of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Buyang Huanwu decoction combined with traditional Chinese medicine foot bath can improve the clinical curative effect of diabetic peripheral neuropathy.
