摘要
目的:探讨中医骨伤治疗神经根型颈椎病(CR)的临床疗效。方法:收治CR患者80例,随机分成对照组与观察组各40例,对照组采用常规西医治疗,观察组采用中医骨伤治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组总有效率和症状积分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中医骨伤治疗CR的临床疗效显著。
Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine Gu Shang in the treatment of cervicalspondylotic radiculopathy(CR).Methods:80 patients with CR were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group andthe observation group with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and theobservation group was treated by traditional Chinese medicine Gu Shang.We compared the therapeutic effect of two groups.Results:In the observation group,the total effective rate and symptom scores were significantly higher than those in the controlgroup(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine Gu Shang in the treatment of CR was significant.
