摘要
目的:观察更昔洛韦治疗婴幼儿巨细胞病毒感染的临床效果。方法:将80例巨细胞病毒感染患儿分为两组,对照组给予利巴韦林注射液治疗,试验组给予更昔洛韦注射液治疗。结果:经过治疗后,试验组治疗总有效率97.5%,明显好于对照组的80.0%,试验组不良反应发生率5%,明显低于对照组的15%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:应用更昔洛韦注射液治疗婴幼儿巨细胞病毒感染,不仅可以有效改善患儿的各项临床指标,而且还能降低不良反应的发生率。
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of ganciclovir in the treatment of infants with cytomegalovirus infection.Methods:80 cases of cytomegalovirus infection were divided into the two groups.Paitents in the control group were treatedwith ribavirin injection,while patients in the experimental group were given ganciclovir injection treatment.Results:Aftertreatment,the total effective rate of the experimental group of 97.5% was significantly better than the control group of 80%.The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group of 5% was significantly lower than that in the control groupof 15%,and the differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion:Application of ganciclovir injection in thetreatment of infants with cytomegalovirus infection not only can effectively improve the patients’ clinical indicators,but alsocan reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
