摘要
目前,我国计算机辅助骨科手术(CAOS)的应用中,比较成熟的项目主要有人工髋和膝关节的置换、重建膝关节位置的交叉韧带以及植入椎弓根,可是CAOS在四肢骨折方面的应用还不太成熟。本文主要分析CAOS在创伤骨科中的具体应用现状,同时提出相应的手术注意事项和展望。CAOS的微创化进程具有非常重大的意义以及实际应用价值,需要对有关问题进行有效的处理,使其能够更好地发展。
At present,the most mature project of computer assisted orthopedics surgery(CAOS) applicated in our countrymainly includes artificial hip and knee joint replacement,reconstruction of the knee joint position of the cruciate ligament andimplanted pedicle,but the application of CAOS in fracture of the limbs are currently less mature. In this paper,the applicationstatus of CAOS in the trauma department of orthopedics was analyzed,and the corresponding operation note and prospectwere put forward at the same time.The minimally invasive process of CAOS has very important significance and practicalapplication value,and it is necessary to deal with the problems effectively,so that it can develop better.
