摘要
新研制的手术导航系统可提供给医生进行股骨手术,利用分别来自髓内钉和电钻上的3个标志点可以建立起各自的坐标系。随后建立了电钻坐标系与髓内钉坐标与世界坐标系之间的变换关系,以及该两个坐标系之间的变换关系。在髓内钉坐标系中的电钻中心线被取出并显示在计算机屏幕上,清楚地为手术医生指明了电钻的位置和方向,以便正确地在股骨上打孔。该方法在实验室模拟手术试验时其定位精度可达0.8mm,满足了骨折手术髓内钉绞锁螺钉孔定位的需要。
A navigation system to guide the surgical operation for mending broken femur is developed. Three points taken from the intra-medulla nail and drill respectively are used to build each own coordinate system, and the transformation matrices between these two systems and to the world coordinate system are set up. A center line of the drill is drawn in the intra-medulla coordinate system and visualized on the screen. This clearly indicates the position and orientation of the drill for surgical doctor to aligning the drilled holes on the nail for fixing it with femur. The precision of the system has achieved 0.8mm and satisfied the requirement of broken femur operation.
