摘要
目的:探讨百白破疫苗接种时发生不良反应的预防方案。方法:收治接种百白破疫苗儿童100例,随机分为对照组与试验组各50例,对照组采用一般预防措施,试验组采用针对性预防措施,比较两组的不良反应发生率。结果:对照组不良反应发生率46%明显高于试验组的12%(P<0.05)。结论:在进行百白破疫苗接种时,采用针对性预防措施能有效降低不良反应发生率。
Objective:To explore the prevention of the adverse reaction in DPT vaccine inoculation.Methods:100 children with DPT vaccine inoculation were selected,they were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group with 50 cases in each,the control group was given general preventive measures,the experimental group was given the preventive measures,we compared the incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups.Results:In the control group,the incidence of adverse reactions of 46% was significantly higher than 12% in the experimental group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In DPT vaccine inoculation,the targeted prevention measures can effectively reduce the incidence of adverse reaction.
