摘要
胸腔积液对患者心肺功能有一定影响。心肺运动试验包括运动心电图和运动气体代谢,主要用于评价心肺功能损害的严重程度。心肺运动的各个指标随着胸腔积液量的增加呈现相应的变化。
Pleural effusion had certain effect on the cardiopulmonary function of patients.Cardiopulmonary exercise tests included exercise electrocardiogram testing and exercise gas-metabolism,which was used to evaluate the damage severity of cardiopulmonary function.Each index of cardiopulmonary exercise showed the corresponding change along with the amount increase of pleural effusion.
