摘要 心肺运动试验(CPET)是一个重要的、也是目前惟一的人体整体功能学检测方法。让患者运动,连续动态地记录呼吸、循环、代谢、神经体液等多系统的功能活动,运用生理学的整体整合理论,以指导CPET的正确运用和解读,由此实现人体整体生理功能状态评价、疾病诊断、病情评估、治疗效果评估和预后转归预测。本文从心肺运动的整体生理学基础,常用检测指标及其生理学意义以及在心血管病、呼吸疾病、疾病康复、治疗效果评估、麻醉手术危险性评估和功能状态健康评估等方面进行了分析探讨。 The cardiopulmonary exercise itesting (CPET) is an important and only chnical functional test meth- od. While patients do the loaded exercise, the functions of respiratory, circulatory, metabolic and neurohumoral systems were continuously recorded. CPET was applied and interpreted based on the theoretical system of holistic integrative physiology and medicirre in order to evaluate the function and healthy condition of the human body, diagnose disease, grade disease severity, assess therapeutic effect and predict the prognosis. This article studies the CPET in terms of its physiological basis and detection in- dexes, as well as their significances. The article also discusses the role of CPET in evaluating cardiovascular disease, respiratory disease, disease rehabilitation and therapeutic effect, as well as evaluating the risk of operation with anesthesia and functional status of health.
