摘要
目的:探讨氢氯噻嗪联合替米沙坦治疗高血压的临床疗效。方法:收治高血压患者78例,随机分为两组。观察组给予氢氯噻嗪联合替米沙坦治疗,对照组给予替米沙坦治疗,比较两组收缩压、舒张压、心率及临床疗效。结果:治疗2个月、3个月后,观察组SBP、DBP明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:替米沙坦联合氢氯噻嗪治疗原发性高血压效果较好。
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of hydrochlorothiazide combined with telmisartan in the treatment ofhypertension.Methods:78 cases of patients with hypertension were divided into two groups randomly.Patients in the observationgroup were treated with hydrochlorothiazide combined with telmisartan,while patients in the control group were treated withtelmisartan.The systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure and heart rate of the two groups were compared.Results:After 2months,3 months of treatment,the SBP,DBP of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,andthe differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher thanthat of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Telmisartan combined withhydrochlorothiazide in the treatment of primary hypertension had better effect.
