摘要
目的:调查分析围术期抗菌药物应用情况,规范临床合理用药。方法:对120例患者围术期抗感染药物应用情况进行回顾性调查分析。结果:外科围术期抗菌药物使用率98.6%,抗菌药物绝大多数选用头孢菌素和硝基咪唑类;用药时机不当、选药不合理、用药方法不正确、疗程不合适、选药档次偏高;联合使用率高达63%。结论:本院外科围手术期使用抗菌药物普遍存在诸多不合理现象,存在术后预防应用时间偏长等问题,需要继续加强抗菌药物使用督导工作。
Objective:To investigate and analyze the application of antimicrobial agents in perioperative period,and to standardizethe clinical rational use of drugs.Methods:We made a retrospective investigation and analysis of the application of anti infectivedrugs in 120 patients during perioperative period.Results:The usage rate of antimicrobial agents in perioperative period was98.6% ,the vast majority of antibiotics were cephalosporins and nitroimidazole.The inappropriate timing of medication,irrationaldrug selection,incorrect method of administration,inappropriate treatment course,high grade of drug selection.The combined usewas up to 63%.Conclusion:There were a lot of unreasonable phenomena in the perioperative use of antibiotics in our hospital,theissue of postoperative prophylactic use of antibiotics for a long time and other problems exist.We need to continue to strengthenthe use of antimicrobial drugs supervision.
