摘要
目的:观察并分析社区高血压综合干预对高血压的临床效果。方法:收治高血压患者120例,分两组,各60例。对照组按照常规管理方法进行疾病治疗干预,观察组则采取社区综合干预措施,对比两组患者临床治疗效果。结果:观察组遵医行为明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组血压水平改善程度、生活质量评分优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:积极采取必要措施对社区高血压患者开展综合性治疗干预,能够有效改善患者高血压症状,强化患者治疗依从性。
Objective:To observe and analyze clinical effect of community hypertension comprehensive intervention onhypertension.Methods:120 patients with hypertension were selected,they were divided into two groups,60 cases in each.Thecontrol group for disease treatment intervention according to conventional management method.The observation group adoptedcomprehensive community intervention measures.Clinical curative effect between groups was compared.Results:The treatmentcompliance of the observation group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05);the observation group blood pressurelevel improvement and quality of life score were significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Actively take thenecessary measures for community hypertension patients to carry out a comprehensive treatment can effectively improve thesymptoms of patients with hypertension,strengthen the treatment compliance of patients.
