摘要
目的分析高血压心脏病患者应用氢氯噻嗪联合缬沙坦治疗的临床路径及效果。方法该院心内科2010年6月—2014年7月所收治的104例高血压心脏病患者作为临床研究对象,采用随机数字法将104例患者均分为观察组与对照组二组,每组52例。观察组根据患者病情科学给予氢氯噻嗪联合缬沙坦药物治疗方案。对照组患者给予单纯缬沙坦药物治疗方案,根据患者病情适时调整给药方案。经治疗一个疗程后,观察二组患者临床疗效,同时给予患者收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)、心动超声、心电图、左室肥厚(LVH)等指标对比观察,分析治疗前后二组患者各项指标改善情况。结果观察组患者整体治疗有效率(96.16%)明显优于对照组(78.83%),组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。二组患者收缩压、舒张压、心动超声、心电图、LVH指标水平相比治疗前均明显改善,观察组改善情况明显优于对照组患者,治疗前后组内差异、组间差异对比,P<0.05,差异均有统计学意义。结论高血压心脏病患者应用氢氯噻嗪联合缬沙坦治疗,具有着确切的临床疗效,可有效改善患者心功能,提升患者生命质量,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Hydrochlorothiazide combined Valsartan on high blood pressure and heart disease patients. Methods From June 2010 to July 2010, 104 patients with hy- pertensive heart disease were selected as clinical research subjects and were randomly divided into observa- tion group and control group by using random numbers, each group of 52 cases. Observation group of pa- tients according to the condition were given appropriate Hydrochlorothiazide combined Valsartan medication scheme. Control group patients given pure Valsartan medication treatment, according to the patients timely adjust dosage regimen. Two weeks after treatment, the treatment effect was observed, included systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, and cardiac ultrasound, ECG, left ventricular hypertrophy. Re- suits The overall treatment efficiency in the observation group was 94. 22%, better than the control group patients 69.22%, with a statistical differences between the two groups, P〈0.05. Two groups of patients with systolic pressure, diastolic blood pressure, cardiac ultrasound, ECG and left ventricular hypertrophy index compared with before treatment were significantly improved, and the improvement was better in the observation group than the control group patients, the difference between before and after treatment group was statistical significance, P〈0.05. Conclusion Hypertensive heart disease patients with Hydrochlo- rothiazide combined Valsartan therapy shows the exact clinical curative effect, can effectively improve the patients with new functions, improve the quality of patients life, worthy of clinical popularization and appli- cation.
